Kuaishou Lazy Dish-fried Chicken Breasts (breasts) in Char Siu Sauce

Wash the chicken breast and cut it horizontally into slices that are neither too thick nor too thin. Add ginger slices, a tablespoon of light soy sauce and a teaspoon of dark soy sauce, barbecued pork sauce, cooking wine, sugar or honey and a teaspoon of starch. Scratch and knead for a few minutes to taste, cover with plastic wrap and pickle for half a day, turning 1-2 times halfway.

Put vegetable oil and a small piece of butter in a pan to heat, add ginger and garlic. There is no need to fry the garlic, just add the marinated chicken breast and fry it for 3 minutes, turn it over and fry it for another 3 minutes.

Look at the thickness of the slice at the specific time. Take out the minced garlic before zooming during the frying process. If there is too little oil, add more oil to prevent it from sticking to the bottom.
