Kuaishou Pancake Fruit

Put 55 grams of water and 1 gram of salt into a bowl, add 100 grams of flour, mix into a dough, and knead well

Cover with a damp cloth and wake up for one hour

Put the awake dough on the chopping board and press it thinly, the thinner the better, the slices are divided into pieces and slits

Heat the pan and let off the oil. Heat the oil to 80% and change to medium-high heat. Put the noodles and fry them until both sides are browned and set aside.

Preheat the electric baking pan with oil, add the sausages and fry them for later use

1 egg, flour, water, put directly into the basin and stir well, then add a little salt and white pepper, and continue to beat evenly.

Pour an appropriate amount of batter and spread it out, sprinkle with sesame spring onion

Beat in an egg, beat and flatten

Use 2 small spatulas to stabilize the sides and turn them over. Use a small brush to gently brush a layer of sauce you like on the surface (mine is octopus dumpling sauce, I love it)

Put the fried sausages on top, thin and crispy, sprinkle with chopped green onion, if a bit of lettuce is better. The simple pancake with fruits is complete.

I’m using an electric baking pan to spread the pancakes. The pan is also ok
