Recently, the camera at home had a problem and was sent for repair. I finally got it back the day before yesterday.
I can't wait for a long time, and there are so many dishes made in the middle, but there is no way to pass it up. I am really anxious!
Since then, normal food life has been restored..."

Kuaishou Tomato Sauce Stewed Tofu

1. Peel and dice tomatoes.

2. Wash the vegetables and cut into small pieces.

3. Finely chop green onion and ginger.

4. Cut the tofu into small pieces about 1.5*1.5 cm. The tofu I bought is still hot, it is really fresh!

5. Heat oil in the wok and put a little more oil. Sauté the scallion and ginger when the oil is hot.

6. Add the tomato after the onion and ginger burst into aroma.

7. After stirring evenly, add a spoonful of thirteen spice powder and two drops of dark soy sauce.

8. When the tomatoes are almost cooked into tomato sauce, pour in the chopped greens.

9. Add the tofu cubes, stir well and fry for two minutes.

10. Add salt and chicken bouillon, stir-fry evenly, and then get out of the pot.
