Kuaishou Vegetable ~ Sausage Braised Rice

Wash the rice and millet mixture and add water to cover the rice grains. The amount of water is less than the usual cooking water.

Wash the small greens and chop them for later use.

Chop the sausage, shiitake mushrooms, and fungus for later use.
