Kung Pao Chicken

The main materials and auxiliary materials are ready

Cut chicken breasts into 1cm diced chicken

Finely chop green onion and ginger

Add half of the ginger, cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, marinate for 5 minutes

Vinegar, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and a small amount of starch to make the juice for later use

Heat the oil, dried chili, rattan pepper, and the remaining half of the ginger in a pan, and fry it for a nice aroma.

Pour in the diced chicken and stir-fry until it is broken

Add the sauce to the pot and continue to stir fry for a while to make the chicken delicious

Add the fried peanuts in advance, stir-fry a few times, cover with the sauce and then out of the pan, sprinkle some chopped green onions after serving.
Tips:
PS: Stir fry on high fire, don’t fry for too long, otherwise the chicken will get old
