Kung Pao Chicken
1.
Wash carrots and cucumbers and dice for later use.

Dice chicken breast and set aside.
3.
Add salt, cooking wine, pepper and starch to mix well and set aside.

Heat up the pan and add the chicken breasts.
5.
Stir-fry and serve.

Heat the pan and add the green onion, ginger, dried chili and stir fry until fragrant.
7.
Add the carrots and fry until soft.
8.
Put the cucumber.
9.
Put chicken and peanuts.
10.
Put light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, chicken essence and stir fry evenly.
11.
Out of the pan.
