Kung Pao Chicken

Drain the fried peanuts and peel them for later use.

Thinly diced chicken breast slices, add cooking wine and salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes, add starch and egg white for sizing.

Dice onion, green and red pepper.

Heat the oil pan, add the chicken cubes with oil until the color changes and remove the oil.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.

Add onion, green and red pepper, stir fry, add salt, chicken essence, light soy sauce to taste.

Pour the oily chicken cubes, add cooking wine and stir fry evenly.
