Kung Pao Yam

Prepare diced yam and peeled cooked peanuts (washed and peeled yam, cut into two-finger-wide cubes; I use the cooked peanuts that I bought as ingredients).

Prepare a large bowl, add two spoons of pea starch to water and stir into starch juice.
3.
Put the diced yam into the starch solution for slurrying.
4.
Make oil from the pot.
5.
After the oil is hot, sauté the scallions, ginger, and garlic.
6.
Pour in the diced yam.
7.
Stir fry.
8.
Pour in the peeled peanuts.
9.
Stir fry.
10.
Add table salt.
11.
Add oyster sauce.
12.
Add five-spice powder and homemade monosodium glutamate to stir fry.
13.
Serve on a platter.
