Lamb and Cabbage Dumplings

Add the flour and water to make a smooth dough and set it aside awake.

Add the minced green onion and ginger to the lamb stuffing that you chop yourself.

Add all the spices.

Use chopsticks to stir in one direction.

Add the chopped cabbage stuffing in advance.

Stir well.

Roll the dough into small pieces.

Roll it into a dumpling wrapper, put the stuffing on it, and make a dumpling.

All wrapped up.

Boil the water in the pot and pour the dumplings.

Boil the water for about eight minutes.

Serve out of the pan and serve.
