The winter solstice is here, and the lamb is pretty. The winter solstice is the best time for tonic.

Lamb Chops Noodles

1. Wash celery, coriander stalks and roots and cut into sections for later use.

2. Wash the onion and cut into pieces for later use.

3. Put 400 ml of water in the pot and cook the onion, celery, and coriander together for 2 to 3 minutes. Add seasonings, seafood soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine, sugar, white pepper~black pepper,

Tips:

1. Seasoning is adjusted according to personal taste.
2. If you like spicy food, you can also add some chili sauce.
3. Lamb chops need to be cooked in advance.
