Lamb Chops with Potatoes

Sheep are discharged into clean water and soaked

Select "steaming" program, the default is 30 minutes, press "start"

Add carrots and potatoes at the end of the program

Cook for another 20 minutes

Season with a pinch of salt.

Tips:
1. Radishes and potatoes can be replaced with other ingredients, preferably with meat and vegetables.
2. The lamb is warm and suitable for eating in autumn and winter.
3. The stew ingredients are prepared by buying a package, including pepper, cumin, angelica, bay leaf, and two more unnamed. If not, just put pepper, ginger, and star anise.
