Lamb Chops with Sauce

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, drain the sheep, boil it on high heat, and blanch it for a while.

Season with appropriate amount of water, salt, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce.

2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Bring to a boil on high fire.

Turn to low heat and simmer for an hour and a half.

Marinated lamb chops with good sauce will make it more delicious overnight.
