Lamb Fried Rice

1. Lamb minced with cornstarch, light soy sauce, olive oil, and thirteen flavors in advance to adjust the flavor.

2. Wash and chop parsley.

3. Heat a pan with a proper amount of olive oil, pour the minced lamb into the high heat and stir fry.

4. Stir-fry the minced mutton until it changes color and stand aside.

5. Pour olive oil into the pan and start to fry the rice.

6. Stir-fry while adding light soy sauce, and stir-fry until even.

7. Add parsley and stir fry together.

8. After stir-frying, add the minced lamb together.

9. After all the ingredients are fried evenly, turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
