----lamb Hot Pot----

Chop leg of lamb into small pieces, wash and drain.

Prepare the halogen ingredients.

Heat the oil in the wok, add dried red pepper, ginger, and Chinese pepper to fry for a nice flavor.

Pour in the lamb and fry for five minutes.

Add other halogen ingredients and sauté until fragrant.
