Lame Claypot Rice

After washing the rice, add water to soak for more than half an hour.

Brush a layer of cooking oil inside the casserole.

Put the soaked rice water into a casserole at a ratio of 1:1, and boil on high heat. When the pot is boiled, turn on a low heat and close the lid.

When the rice is almost cooked, put the dish into the pot, cover it and keep it stuffy for another 10 minutes.

Put the rest of the seasonings in a bowl to adjust, and finally lift the lid to pour the sauce on. Turn off the heat for a few minutes.
Tips:
Broken rice sprouts are not necessary. You can use raw eggs instead of salted duck eggs. Vegetables can be used as you like. Put whatever you like.
