Lame Claypot Rice

Prepare the ingredients. The sausage I bought is Cantonese-style sausage, which tastes better than others. The dried tea tree mushrooms are better than fresh ones. The dried ones are more delicious and chewy.

Wash the rice and soak it for 20 minutes in advance.

Wash the tea tree mushrooms and soak them for 10 minutes, then cut them into small pieces for a special flavor.

Slice the sausage for later use. If you like the whole root, you can just cut it in half.

Put the washed rice into the pot, then add the tea tree mushrooms and sausages, pour 2 bottles of soy sauce with the cap, add 2 grams of salt, and stir well.
