Lame Claypot Rice

Take a small clay pot and wash and soak the rice for one hour in advance, then add water.

Cover and put on the stove, turn the heat to a simmer and simmer.

While cooking the rice, take a bowl and mix the oil, light soy sauce and dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and sesame oil for later use.

Wash and slice fresh mushrooms and sausages.
5.
When the rice is cooked to 8 mature, open the hole.

Drain the sausage and fresh mushrooms.

Cover, continue to simmer over low heat until the rice is dry and the sausages are cooked and turn off the heat.

Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil in another pot, add a spoonful of oil, and scald the vegetables and the remaining fresh mushrooms.
9.
Put the boiled vegetables and mushrooms into the cooked rice.
10.
Pour the fragrant sauce evenly and mix well and serve.

Tips:
When adding the sausage, you can also simmer an egg and simmer together. Feel free to do it.
