Lame Claypot Rice

The rice should be soaked for 1 hour to 2 hours in advance, and the amount of water should be 1:1.5 to 1:2.

Slice the sausage, put all the seasonings in a small bowl, wash the rapeseed and set aside

Put the soaked rice in a microwave oven with a lid on the bottom of the container to prevent water from overflowing, select steamed rice, press twice to display 300, start heating, a total of 21 minutes

When there are 6 minutes left, take out the rice, pour a little vegetable oil along the wall, spread the sausage on the rice and continue heating

When the time is up, do not remove the lid, blanch the rapeseed, heat the sauce for 30 seconds, then open the lid and pour the rapeseed in the middle. Pour the sauce on the rice while it is hot and mix well.
Tips:
The biggest difference between the casserole and the casserole is that there is no rice crust. The rice must be soaked in advance to absorb water. Also, when heating, you can take it out halfway if the water is not enough.
