Pour the fragrant rice into a clay pot, just cover the entire bottom of the pot. Wash the fragrant rice twice, pour in water twice as much as the fragrant rice and soak for 10 minutes

Put the lid on and cook on high heat for 10 minutes

Wait until the rice grains expand and take shape

Cover the pot and simmer for 8 minutes. Finally add the washed spinach and simmer for 2 minutes.
Tips:
1 The moisture here must be well controlled. If there is more rice, it is easy to boil, and if it is less, it is easier to harden. Generally, it is more than twice the amount of rice grains.
2 In addition to soy sauce meat and sausages, you can also put cured chicken legs or other toppings.
3 Before eating, pour in fresh soy sauce and stir evenly to make it more delicious. I also recommend using Indonesian sweet soy sauce to taste so good that no friends.
