I'm tired of eating big fish and meat during the Spring Festival at home, so I changed my vegetable dish to clear my mouth.

Lao Gan Ma Fried Beans

1. Wash the beans, remove the tendons, and cut into small cubes

2. Stir scallion and ginger in oil, add the beans and stir fry to get the moisture

3. Add vinegar, light soy sauce, pepper powder, and stir fry evenly

4. Add oyster sauce and stir fry with salt until the beans are soft and rotten

Tips:

Beans must be cooked thoroughly, otherwise they will be easily poisoned
