Lao Sauce Pork Ribs

Wash the green onions and cut into sections. Peel the ginger and garlic and cut into slices. Wash the ribs to remove the blood.

Put a little oil in the wok, add the ribs and stir fry.

Stir the ribs until the oil is slightly yellow, then add green onion, ginger, garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add about one tablespoon of old sauce and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in a bowl of water, add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and a little salt to boil and simmer on low heat until the juice is slightly collected.

Add monosodium glutamate and water starch to thicken the pot.
