Laoganma Roasted Tofu

Soak the tofu in water for about 1 hour.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Prepare the condiments. Minced garlic, minced ginger. Green garlic segment. Millet pepper, Laoganma tempeh hot sauce for spare.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat to 7 layers. Add the minced garlic, minced ginger, and millet pepper to fry until fragrant.

Add 1 tablespoon of Pixian Douban and stir-fry to get the red oil.

Add another spoonful of Laoganma tempeh hot sauce and stir well.

To the stock, seasoning add salt, pepper, chicken powder, monosodium glutamate, and bring to a boil.

Add the tofu and cook over medium heat until it tastes delicious. During this period, you can gently push the tofu with a spoon to avoid sticking to the pan.

Cook until the tofu is delicious, add the green garlic, push the tofu again, thicken the tofu with water starch, and then put it in the pot. A delicious Lao Gan Ma roasted tofu is ready.
Tips:
1. Don't push too hard when cooking tofu, just lightly. Otherwise it is fragile and does not form. 2. It is better to choose old tofu based on personal experience.
