Tofu is delicious, but it is not easy to taste, and it is fragile. If the tofu is blanched in advance and then cooked in the pot, it can maintain its complete shape. The taste is also related to the cooking time and materials. The tofu is white. I added a little snow peas to help match the color. At the same time, it is soft and crunchy, which is richer in taste and nutrition. Laoganma I usually use it to mix noodles and buns, but this time I use it as a dish, and it feels delicious. Especially the minced meat, because it is mixed with the taste of chili oil, it is more flavorful.

Laoganma Roasted Tofu with Minced Pork

1. One piece of tofu is ready

2. Cut into tofu pieces about 1 cm

3. Select snow peas to remove the side ribs and cut into small pieces

4. Finely chop chives, smash garlic, and mince

5. Pour water in the pot, blanch the tofu cubes for one minute after the water is boiled, remove

6. Pork filling ready

7. Pour snow peas into a pot of water and remove in 10 seconds

8. Pour vegetable oil in the wok, stir-fry the chopped green onion for a fragrance

9. Put the right amount of pork stuffing into the pot and stir fry, beat up

10. Pour in a small amount of soy sauce and a little salt, and continue to stir fry to change the color of the meat

11. Pour the tofu cubes into the pot and stir fry evenly

12. Pour snow peas

13. Spoon two spoons of Laoganma flavored black bean sauce and stir fry evenly

14. Put the chopped shallots and garlic into the pot

15. Stir fry twice, out of the pot

Tips:

The tofu and snow peas have been blanched, so stir-fry them in a pot for a while before they are out;
Add salt and sauces according to taste.
