Lap Mei Claypot

Put the rice that has been soaked in water for two hours into a casserole, add 3 drops of oil beyond 1 cm of the rice. After boiling, turn to low heat and simmer until the water is just dry.

Add the Chinese sausage, bacon, barbecued pork, baby vegetables, eggs, shallots and cover and continue to simmer until the rice crust smells. Turn off the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Open the lid and add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce. Mix the shallots well and serve!
