Large Plate Chicken

Wash the chicken and chop into pieces;

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut the hob blocks and wash away the surface starch;

Cut the chili into diamond-shaped pieces and cut the white onion into sections;

Boil the chicken nuggets in a pot under cold water, remove the blood foam and remove the controlled water for later use;

Pour proper amount of peanut oil in the pot, add Pixian watercress, sliced ginger, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves and saute;

Pour in chicken nuggets, stir fry, and add appropriate amount of sugar and light soy sauce;

Pour in potato pieces and stir fry;

When the potatoes are fried until the edges are transparent, add beer, and the amount of beer is equal to the chicken and potatoes;

The chicken and potatoes are simmered. When the soup is thick, add chili and green onion, stir fry for a while and add salt to taste.
Tips:
1. The large plate chicken is slightly spicy. If you like spicy food, add dried chilies in step 6.
2. The soup should be more delicious, not only can be mixed with noodles, but also with rice and steamed buns.
3. Don't cover the pot after pouring the beer, let the alcohol evaporate.
