Large Plate Chicken with Belt Noodles

Remove the stems and seeds of the green peppers and red peppers, wash and cut into pieces

Yellow onion roots, peeled, washed and cut into pieces

Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces

Wash the chicken and cut into pieces, blanch the bleeding water in a boiling water pot, remove and wash

Heat the wok to release the oil, turn to medium and low heat, put a little sugar and stir to melt the mash

Turn to high heat, add chicken pieces and stir fry

Put ginger, star anise, cinnamon, pepper oil, and stir fry with Pixian bean paste

Add onion and stir fry

Tips:
If you choose local chicken, you need to cook it in advance. The quality of the local chicken is not easy to be cooked. If you like spicy food, you can put some dried red peppers. Please refer to this main recipe for the method of belt noodles.
