Lazy Liangpi

Needed orange powder 250 g ordinary flour 25 g salt a little water 450ml

Mix the ingredients into a thin paste

Find a flat-bottomed plate and brush it with oil

Pour a layer of powder paste and do not forget to re-stir it every time

Put the plate into the microwave and heat it at high temperature for about 1 minute and 20 seconds. Take it out and brush it with a layer of oil to prevent each sticking edge. Gently lift it off with a spatula.

Prepare the commercially available roasted bran, soak the roasted bran in hot or warm water until soft and then put it in a boiling water pot and cook for 3-4 minutes

Prepare garlic juice (minced garlic ➕ water) peanut butter or tahini paste into a paste + sauce (soy sauce + sugar + salt + sweet vinegar or vinegar)
