Lazy Rice-braised Rice with Sausage in Casserole

Sausage: 1 strip of rice, half a bowl of eggs, 1 coriander, 2 stalks Seasoning: blend oil and a little salt

Soak the rice for 1 hour in advance, wash and put it in the pot.

Pour in the right amount of water.

Put it on the stove and turn on high heat until the water is boiled. Turn to low heat and cook.

Cut the washed sausage and set aside.

Set the pot to heat the oil

Pour in the eggs and fry them on one side.

When the rice is cooked to 8 mature, put the sausage into the fried egg and cover the lid for about 8 minutes and it will be out of the oven

Put the washed coriander out of the pot.
Tips:
Soak the rice in advance to shorten the cooking time, so use warm water to cook the rice. Remember to put some oil in the casserole to prevent sticking. Do not place the casserole on a tile or stove to avoid thermal expansion and contraction.
