Lazy Version Chicken Wings and Mushroom Stewed Rice

1. First prepare all the ingredients.

2. After washing the shiitake mushrooms, soak the hair. Don't pour out the soaking water, save the steamed rice.

3. Wash chicken wings and chop them into small pieces.

4. Dice the shiitake mushrooms and carrots, onion and millet spicy and set aside.

5. Now let's make the seasoning sauce. Pour the cooking wine and dark soy sauce into the bowl, and stir well the light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

6. Pour peanut oil into the pot to heat, and saute the onions first.
