Lean Beef with Garlic Sauce

Crush the garlic and put it in a bowl, drop four or five drops of cold soy sauce, and two drops of sesame oil. I prefer sesame oil, or not add it. The amount of salt and a little MSG chicken essence are all ready for use.

Put a little oil in a pan on the fire, heat it up, and pour it directly into the prepared seasoning bowl when the oil is hot, then pour the electric balsamic vinegar when the oil is hot, so that the taste will be better, stir everything and prepare

Take the peeling knife and scrape the cucumber along the length of the cucumber. Scrape all the two roots in this way. Take another bowl and place it. Add a little salt.
