As a vegetable, tomato has been proven by scientists to contain a variety of vitamins and nutrients. For example, tomato is rich in vitamins C and A, as well as folate and potassium, which are the main nutrients. Especially the lycopene contained in it is more beneficial to human health, and some fruits such as watermelon, pomelo, and apricot only contain a small amount of lycopene.
