Learn to Make Spicy Cabbage~

Wash the Chinese cabbage and cut it in half.

Use pickling salt to rub the cabbage evenly from the outside to the inside and press it with a stone (or heavy object). I made it from 9.30 in the evening to five o'clock the next day. It is said that you should not marinate for more than ten hours.
