Leek and Egg Dumplings

Mix the flour into a dough and set aside

Fry the eggs and put them in a basin, add sea rice

Chop the leeks and put them in a basin

Add cooked oil and mix well (first add cooked oil and mix well to prevent the leek from getting bad water)

Add salt, pepper and thirteen spices and stir well

Tips:
Dumplings stuffed with chives and eggs should not be cooked for too long
