Leek and Mushroom Dumplings

Mix the flour with warm water, knead into a dough, cover with a damp cloth, and relax for 30 minutes (don’t knead the dough smoothly);

Wash and peel the pork; then mix with ginger, and use a food processor to beat into meat;

Wash the leeks, chop them, add an appropriate amount of salt, stir evenly, and marinate for a while;

Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper powder, and mushroom sauce to the meat filling, and stir well;

Squeeze the leeks dry, mix them with the meat, use chopsticks in a circle in the same direction and stir evenly;

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour on the chopping board, and press the dough repeatedly to exhaust;

Divide the dough into two, first take a portion of dough and knead it into a stick shape;

Cut the dough into uniform size doses, and then flatten the doses separately;

Then roll each dumpling skin into a uniform thickness;

Wrap the dumpling wrapper with meat filling and make dumplings in the way you like; then put the dumplings on the steamed slices smeared with oil;

Boil the water pot, put the dumplings in the steamer, and steam for 15 minutes;

Turn off the heat, after another 3 minutes, remove the lid; 【Leek and Mushroom Dumpling】is ready.
