Leek and Pork Dumplings

Add flour, water, an egg, a pinch of salt to knead into a smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap and set aside

Prepare pork and leeks (pork should be 7 percent lean and 3 percent fat)

Wash the leeks and cut into fines

Wash the pork and chop finely

Add starch, egg, salt, chicken essence, oyster sauce, pepper, ginger powder to the minced pork, and stir evenly with a little water

Add the minced meat to the minced chives

Stir evenly, add proper amount of cooked oil, stir again and set aside

Take out the previously kneaded dough and knead it into a long strip
