Leek and Potato Shreds

Wash the leeks and peel the potatoes.
2.
Shred potatoes and leek into sections.
3.
Soak potato shreds in water to remove starch.
4.
Add bottom oil to the pot.
5.
Add potato shreds and stir fry.
6.
Add the leeks when the potatoes are about to ripen.
7.
Season with salt and a little soy sauce, and serve.
