#团圆饭# Leek and Shrimp Wonton
1.
The pumpkin is steamed.
2.
250 grams of flour, about 140 grams of pumpkin puree.
3.
Make it into smooth pumpkin dough and wake up for a while.
4.
Finely chop the leeks.
5.
120 grams of shrimp, remove the shrimp line and wash.
6.
Appropriate amount of pepper, cornstarch, a little bit of salt (not pickled for taste, just to remove fishy here)
7.
Grab it evenly and marinate slightly, rinse off with water, and try to dry with kitchen paper.
8.
Cut into small pieces.
9.
250 grams of pork stuffing (fat four, thin six), minced shrimp, minced ginger. (Personally like spicy, I cut three millet peppers)
10.
Appropriate amount of oyster sauce, salt, corn oil, sesame oil, light soy sauce, pepper, pepper powder, (can add a little sugar if you like).
11.
Stir it clockwise.
12.
Beat in an egg.
13.
Stir for about three minutes, the egg liquid changes from thin to completely absorbed by the meat.
14.
Add the leeks.
15.
Mixed leek, shrimp and pork stuffing.
16.
Wake up pumpkin dough, use a pasta machine to thin slices, and cut into pumpkin wonton wrappers.
17.
Put an appropriate amount of stuffing in the middle.
18.
Spread a little water on the top (the skin wipes you bought, the ones you make by yourself are actually very good without wiping them)
19.
Kneading, the filling part becomes a half moon shape.
20.
Wipe a little water on the upper left corner.
21.
: The upper right corner sticks to the upper left corner. Pinch it.
22.
Kneaded wontons.
