Leek and Squid Stuffed Wonton

Ingredients: wonton wrappers, squid (washed), leeks (washed and chopped), shrimp wrappers (forgot to shoot)

Place the washed squid on the chopping board and chop.

Put it in a large bowl.

Then, combine the sliced leeks.

Add the right amount of cooking wine.

Add the right amount of soy sauce.

Add the right amount of salt.
8.
Add the right amount of pepper.

Season and mix well into fillings.

Next, take the wonton wrapper and put the filling on it.

Pack it according to your own packing method.

Set aside and set aside.

Then, put the shrimp skins in a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, and set aside.
