Leek Egg Pancake

Beat the eggs, wash the leeks, cut them well and set aside.

Put the oil in the pan to preheat for two minutes.

Mix the leeks, eggs, and all the seasonings and stir well.

Pour into a pot and fry on low heat until golden on both sides.
Tips:
When frying, use low heat to fry slowly. If the heat is high, it will be easy to paste. If you don't like too many leeks, you can reduce the amount.
