Leek Egg Shrimp Rice Dumplings
1.
Prepare the ingredients for the filling
2.
Start mixing the noodles, put a little salt and an egg in the noodles (so that the noodles are not easy to break)
3.
Make the dough and let it rest for a while, then prepare the filling
4.
Cook the eggs in a pot, mash them and let cool, chop the leeks, add the dried shrimps, eggs, oil, five-spice powder, chicken essence, sesame oil, and stir in the leeks, (note that I didn’t put salt) and then add salt after mixing well Can prevent too much water out of leeks.
5.
You can start wrapping, divide the noodles into small pieces
6.
Roll into a round dumpling wrapper
7.
Put the filling in the middle of the dumpling wrapper and pinch it up and down
8.
Pinch up and down from the far right side to the middle, the same goes for the left side.
9.
Knead the dumplings and cook
10.
Don't cook for too long while cooking, just as the dumplings float on top!
Tips:
1. Don't mix the dough too soft, too soft and easy to break, and easy to stick, a little harder will taste better!
2. Add salt to the filling after putting the oil and mixing well to prevent water from the leeks!
