Leek-flavored Shredded Pork with Dried Tofu

Prepare leeks, dried tofu, and pork.

Clean the leeks and beans and cut them for later use.

Wash the pork, shred and set aside.

Pour shredded pork into light soy sauce.

Mix well and marinate for half an hour.

Heat oil in a pot and pour dried tofu.

Fry until slightly yellowed on both sides and set aside.

Heat the oil in the pan to loosen the pork shreds.

Stir-fry until the pork changes color, set aside.

Add the remaining oil in the pot and sauté the leek stalks.

Pour in dried tofu and stir well.
12.
Add appropriate amount of salt and stir well.
13.
Pour in the smooth shredded pork and stir-fry.
14.
Add the leek leaves and stir well.
15.
Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well.
16.
Add red chopped pepper and stir-fry well.
17.
Stir-fried tofu shreds, adjust the flavor and put it on the plate.
Tips:
1. Leeks should not be eaten with beef and honey.
2. Leeks contain a lot of nitrates. They should not be stored for too long after they are cooked. They are easily converted into nitrites, which can cause cancer and cause discomfort after eating.
3. People with deficiency of the spleen and stomach, gout or high blood uric acid should not eat soy products.
