Leek Pancakes
                            
                                1.
                                Knead the dough with flour and water, and let it rest for 30 minutes; wash and chop the leeks; add salt to the minced pork and stir the soy sauce evenly; put some oil in the pot to fry the pork; finally mix the fried pork and leeks

                                Divide the dough into small pieces, roll it into a dough, wrap the leek stuffing in (just like a bun) and press it with your hands

                                Put a little oil in the pot and fry the leek cakes in the pot on low heat until golden on both sides

                                Tips: 
                                Be sure to use low heat when frying, otherwise the dough will not be cooked
