Leek Pancakes

Prepare the ingredients, finely chop the leek, and chop the shrimp into puree.

Put the chopped leeks and shrimp into a bowl, then add flour, tapioca flour and water, and stir well.

Add seasonings and set aside.

Leek pancakes must be eaten while they are hot, they will not taste so good when they are cold.
