This time Fanniao made leek and pork dumplings. The leeks were grown by Fanniao's parents. It was picked off when it was only 4 inches long. 1. If you want a strong leeks, you must have more leeks and less pork. I used a pound of leeks and 2 taels of pork.

2. The leeks are easy to produce water, so you can put in an appropriate amount of oil. Cooking oil is actually fine, but I personally feel that hemp oil tastes better. (Cannabis oil is the kind of sesame oil that can be used for cooking, not the small grinded sesame oil we often eat)

3. Put as little seasoning as possible, because leeks are pure natural, adding seasoning will cover the original fragrance of leeks.
