Leek Pork Dumplings

Wash ginger, spring onions, and eggs and set aside. The dried seeds are boiled in water to remove the beany flavor.

Wash and drain the pork and leek, then cut into small pieces.

Add minced ginger and green onions to the minced meat and stir well. Then add dried tofu and chives, add a little oil, light soy sauce, MSG, thick soup, eggs, and salt and mix thoroughly in one direction. It feels moderately salty, and finally add sesame oil to make it fragrant.

Put the dumplings in the water after boiling, add water 3 times, and the dumplings will float on the surface.

I have sent out recipes for making dumplings a few times, not because I like to make dumplings, but because my family feels that the dumplings I make are delicious. Husband likes leek dumplings, and this time he fulfilled his little wish.
