Leek, Shrimp and Pork Dumplings

Put the flour in the basin, then add water to form a dough, let it wake up for 30 minutes.

Pick the leeks, wash and dry them for later use.

Wash the green onions and chop them for later use.

Put the pork stuffing and chopped green onions in a pot and mix well, then add Knorr chicken noodles, light soy sauce, refined salt, pepper noodles, and cooked soybean oil into the meat stuffing and mix well.

Chop the leeks and set aside, then chop the shrimps for use.

Put the leeks and chopped shrimp into the pork filling and mix well.

Cut the dough into a piece and use your hands to pinch into long strips.

Cut the long noodles into small doses and sprinkle dry flour on top of the small doses.

Roll the small agent into a round dough with a rolling pin.

Wrap the dumplings.

The dumplings are all finished.

After adding water to the pot to boil, add the wrapped dumplings and wait for the dumplings to float up.

Pick up the cooked dumplings with a slotted spoon and put them on the plate.
Tips:
Boiled water should be used to cook dumplings. Adding Knorr chicken noodles to dumplings tastes more fresh.
