Leek Tofu Skin

Prepare materials and clean them.

Cut the tofu skin into strips, simmer in hot water for one minute, pick up and set aside.

Heat oil, add ginger and green onions, and saute.
4.
Add the leeks (cut into sections), stir fry a few times, soften the tofu skin, and stir fry again.
5.
Season with salt and serve.
