Leg Bone Soup Lo Noodles

Vegetable core, millet pepper, shiitake mushrooms. (For two)

The stewed leg bone broth is boiled.

Add the shiitake mushrooms and vegetable cores, cook, salt, black pepper, sesame oil, light soy sauce and seasoning.

The noodles are cooked in a separate pot.

Scoop into the bowl.

Arrange the leg bones, vegetable cores, shiitake mushrooms, and millet peppers and put them in the bone broth. If you like coriander, sprinkle some coriander on it.
