Soak the cut trotters in clean water for two hours, and then wash them.

Prepare the seasoning for marinating the trotters, mash the fermented bean curd with fermented bean curd juice, and add it to the trotters.

Prepare an orange and scrub the skin with salt to wash it off.

Peel off the orange peel and set aside.

3. When braising, you can add some rock sugar. I usually add rock sugar when making similar dishes. I forgot about it today.
