Leishan Fried Razor Clams

1. Ingredients: Leisun, razor clams (washed and blanched), chives, black bean sauce

2. Peel the bamboo shoots, cut off the old roots, and clean them.

3. Cut into slices on the chopping board and set aside.

4. Place the cut bamboo shoots in a pot of water, blanch for 5 minutes, and then remove them.

5. Add 3 tablespoons of oil to the pot to heat, add the blanched bamboo shoots and razor clams and stir fry.

6. Next, add 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce.

7. Add 1 tablespoon of salt.

8. Add 1.5 tablespoons of black bean sauce.

9. Season and stir well.

10. Then, put the chives and serve.
